Homes Spaces Remodeling Inc. garnered the Contractor of the Year (CotY) Award in the category of “Residential Exterior Under $100,000” at the National Association of the Remodeling Industry (NARI) Atlanta chapter’s awards banquet.

Held Dec. 12, the award was given for its master craftsmanship on a screened porch completed for a client in Marietta, GA. This announcement was made by Mike Perry, co-owner of Home Spaces Remodeling and certified Remodeler.

Winners of the coveted CotY awards are selected by an impartial panel of judges who are experts within the industry and associated fields. All entries are judged on functionality, problem solving, aesthetics, craftsmanship, innovation, degree of difficulty and entry presentation.

There were multiple entries in the awards category Home Spaces Remodeling’s work was considered for. “We are very please to have won this award and recognition- especially in a category with such remarkable competition” stated Diane Perry, the co-owner of the company. “We know we did great work,” added Mike Perry, “and it paid off”.

As a regional winner, their work will be re-judged to select a national winner in each category, and these winners will be announced at NARI’s annual award Gala next spring.

Home Spaces Remodeling Inc. headquarted in Cumming, GA, is a NARI certified professional remodeling company owned and operated by husband and wife team Mike and Diane Perry. They specialize in kitchens, baths, custom basements, screened porches and outdoor entertainment areas.

Mike Perry has more than 25yrs industry experience and is designated as a Certified Remodeler by NARI.
